Check-in and check-out
On the day of arrival the rooms and hotel service will be available from 3:00 pm. On the day of departure you may use the rooms and hotel services until 10:00 am.

Booking
Bookings are only binding after receipt of a deposit. The deposit can be paid by direct transfer or credit card. All-inclusive offers must be booked in advance and are individual offers only.

Payment
For payment of the hotel bill we accept cash (up to 1,999 Euro), EC-card and Visa credit card (except Diners and Amex).

Cancellation
Sometimes unexpected events happen and you may not be able to start your holiday as planned.
Therefore, we kindly ask you to inform us in writing as soon as possible.

Cancellations made up to 15 days before arrival are free of charge.
Cancellations made from 14 days before arrival will be charged at 100% of the total booked amount.

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. You can conveniently arrange this directly through us. The cost is €40.00 per person for stays of less than three nights and €70.00 per person for longer stays.

Non-smoking rooms
We are a non-smoking hotel - you are welcome to smoke outside.

Room numbers and floors
We are happy to note your requests for a specific floor or room number. We ask for your understanding that we cannot guarantee these.
